“KONKA have recently put out a software update for our range of 32” smart tvs, that solves some issues with batch GZ21-0029, such as screen flickering and wifi connection issues. To update the software, connect to the internet and it should start updating after 20 seconds. Otherwise, go to the settings and select check internet for update. The process should take up to 30 minutes, and the changes will take into effect the next time the tv is turned on. If the unit has issues with the wifi connection, the tv can be connected to internet through ethernet cable directly to the modem.
